Standard Projects (12-20 hours of work at $100/hour): $1,200–$2,000+
Complex Grants (e.g., federal/government grants, large foundation grants): $2,500–$5,000+
Minimum Fee: $1,000
Payment Terms
50% due up front, 50% upon completion.

Each project includes a strategic review of the RFP, tailored narrative development, coordination with your team to gather supporting materials, and final proofreading to ensure a submission-ready proposal. I’ll also support online submission if needed, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
