Grant Readiness Accelerator Program

Build the foundation funders expect — in as little as eight weeks.

Winning grants requires more than strong writing. Funders expect clear programs, solid finances, effective governance, and a compelling narrative — and many nonprofits aren’t fully prepared when they begin applying.

The Grant Readiness Accelerator is a hands-on, 1:1 consulting program designed to help nonprofits strengthen their internal systems, clarify their story, and prepare to pursue grant funding with confidence. This is not a course, cohort, or video series. You’ll work directly with me to build the structures funders look for and create a clear, actionable roadmap for grant success.

Who This Program Is For

The Grant Readiness Accelerator is ideal for nonprofits that:

  • Are new to grant funding

  • Have applied for grants in the past but struggled to secure awards

  • Are community-led or grassroots organizations building capacity

  • Want to strengthen internal systems before investing heavily in grant writing

This program is also a strong complement for organizations already working with a grant writer and want to maximize their readiness and long-term success.

Why Choose This Program?

Applying for grants before you’re ready can waste time, strain capacity, and undermine confidence. This program helps you slow down strategically so you can move forward with clarity.

With years of experience in grant writing and nonprofit capacity building, I guide organizations through a collaborative, values-aligned process that strengthens both structure and strategy. By the end of the Accelerator, you won’t just understand how grants work — you’ll understand how your organization fits into today’s funding landscape.
