Beyond the Narrative: Advanced Strategies for Navigating the Modern Grant Landscape | Hosted by Wayne County Foundation

  • Location TBD Richmond, IN United States (map)

Join me for this full-day training hosted by the Wayne County Foundation, designed for organizations ready to take a more strategic approach to grant funding.

In a competitive funding environment, a well-written proposal is only the baseline. Strong results are built through alignment, judgment, and preparation long before writing begins.

This session moves beyond narrative development to focus on the broader grant lifecycle. We’ll examine how funders assess risk, how implicit priorities shape decisions, and how organizations can better position themselves in complex and shifting funding landscapes.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore how to strengthen alignment across programs, outcomes, and budgets, make more intentional decisions about where to apply, and use tools like AI to support analysis without compromising credibility.

Participants will leave with a clearer framework for navigating grant work with more consistency, confidence, and strategic focus.
